Places we’ve helped open.
A look at some of the businesses we’ve built across O‘ahu over the last decade.
Le Jardin Academy
Built out the preschool building at one of Hawai‘i’s premier independent schools. The scope included a full building expansion, parking stall construction, a major sitework package, and a complete interior renovation — outdoor playground space, commercial kitchen, bathrooms, administrative office, and six classrooms. Coordinated carefully around the academic calendar to minimize disruption to students and staff.
Hawai‘i Elite Dental
Converted a former retail space at Moanalua Shopping Center into a modern dental practice from the ground up. Built six operatory units, two bathrooms, a sterilization area, a full AC system, medical vacuum plumbing lines, a waiting area, and a reception desk. The retail-to-medical conversion required significant infrastructure work to meet healthcare facility standards.
Kahala Hotel Kaffe
Transformed an existing retail space in the Kahala Hotel lobby into a café and retail store. The buildout featured custom millwork, a mosaic-tile feature piece, new commercial refrigeration equipment, and a one-of-a-kind glass display case designed specifically for pastries. Working within an active luxury hotel required meticulous scheduling and coordination with hotel operations.
Forte Pickleball
Converted a former big-box retail space into O‘ahu’s premier pickleball facility. Phase 1 included six pickleball courts, renovation of two existing bathroom spaces, construction of men’s and women’s locker rooms, and renovations for two retail tenant spaces. Phase 2 added seven more courts, bringing the total to thirteen.
